Wow, it looks like we've had a busy night/day! I must say, I love this new board -- David, your little 'titles' are adorable! I really like the way it lists each post as 'a few seconds ago', 'x minutes ago', 'x hours ago'. That makes my life so much easier when I'm trying to figure out just how recently people have been online! Anyway, I'm glad I decided to put off buying WoW for a little while longer. Fingers crossed I get this one! P.S. I am getting SO many ads right now. I still have trouble on my phone (I always get that Five Star ad that needs me to update Flash Player), but I've figured out how to work the blank/grey play button ads and now I'm racking up the SimPoints! Gifting spree here we come.  |

The bakery and mill have both shown up in the DD rotation in the middle of the night when I'm asleep.  It's like they're deliberately waiting to do those and the sets I would likely get for free (like Surf's Up) until just late enough that I can't see that they're coming up before I go to bed, but just late enough that I can see they've finished before I get up. |

If the bakery comes up right after the world of wonders, I may just die from excitement.  jD001 I've always wanted to see how two E-Ticket items back to back would look! I'd imagine a whole lot Liams. |

I usually head to the venue page at 98% on the previous deal (lower if it's a fast seller). Then scroll down to where the BUY button will be once it's on sale and hit F5 over and over and over til the sale shows up! GOOD LUCK!
Only hit BUY once, hitting it over will restart the attempt to buy!

WoW and MaW in the same day?! Crazy! Of course my internet is down for some reason so all I have is 3G on my phone. Maybe I can still get it. But then I need at least 8 hours to sleep before the bakery comes up because I'm already about to pass out.

Hm.
473/474/475 were Homecoming, the Greenhouse and Al Fresco Market. Not amazing discounts, so I wouldn't think they sold out in seconds, but still three popular things in a row.
468/469 were Man Cave, then the Greenhouse. Same as above.
434/435/436 were Everyday - Cool Summer Nights, Go All In, and Surf's Up Sun and Fun. Not venues or anything but I think they all sold fast-ish.
364-367 were the Greenhouse, the Manor, Mother Russia and the Old Mill. They sold out, but for the most part it was not at crazy speed. (Well, I think for the Mill it was.)
So, not quite. I think the last one was what I was thinking of, but they didn't sell out at lightning speed or anything. I'm afraid two super-seller venues in a row might break the Store or something, considering the lag that sometimes happens when one comes up. o-0

Missed so much stuff today that I wanted. Best of 2010, Front Row Center Bedroom + Wretched Threads, and Make A Wish Compilation and looks like maybe World of Wonder Carousel Collection too. I'm predicting a 30 second sell out since so many people are wanting it so I have no chance from home. Good luck to everybody who is planing to try and get it when it comes up.
How are so many people getting lucky at finding the ads? I've had 2 that payed and 10 that didn't and all were while I was on a library computer. I haven't seen one yet while at home in private mode or regular mode.

For the ads, have you cleared your cookies/cache lately? I didn't get any for the first several days after they returned, but then I tried this when someone (Ximph?) suggested it and I get lots now.

My main browser is Chrome, and I haven't gotten ads on that in AGES. But chrome has been going kinda slow the last couple days, so yesterday I tried the TS3 store in both Firefox and IE, and both of them have popped up ads for me, all of which have paid. So ... try switching browsers, too?

I know plenty of people who get ads in Chrome, but for whatever reason, I could never get any ads myself in it. No idea why, I turned off the ad blocking stuff - as far as I knew anyway, but I guess maybe I missed something? I finally started getting them again in Firefox after I turned off the adblock extension I downloaded.
